KPMG has bolstered its legal services offering in Asia by incorporating ZICO Law network member firms into their global partnership. This strategic agreement is a result of an existing non-exclusive, close collaboration between KPMG and ZICO.
For ZICO Law member firms, the leadership and management structures will remain unchanged as they continue to function as independent firms within KPMG’s global legal network.
KPMG’s press release states: “The deal will see more than 275 lawyers join over 2,900 legal professionals in the KPMG global organization, creating a significant legal footprint across Asia Pacific. It will offer legal services and solutions, a globally connected legal services platform, and specialists who work with leading technology providers to modernize legal functions across organizations.
