Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt has announced on LinkedIn that she has left top tier Thai law firm Weerawong C&P and set up her own firm, TTT & Partners Co., Ltd. Little else has been revealed about the new firm but public announcements will be made by Thammavaranucupt shortly.
At her former firm, Thammavaranucupt was a senior partner and led the capital markets and corporate governance practice groups.
According to Weerawong C&P’s website, “Prior to joining Weerawong C&P, Veeranuch was a partner at an international law firm, a general counsel at a Thai telecommunications company and was a member of the Takeover Panel of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand. She obtained an LL.B (Honors) from Chulalongkorn University and an LL.M. from the University of Bristol, UK.”
