Chandler MHM has hired Doungporn Prasertsomsuk from A&O Shearman as a partner and co-head of its capital markets practice.
Prasertsomsuk specializes in debt and equity capital markets, covering various areas such as securities offerings, MTN programs, structured products, liability management, stock exchange listings, IPOs, infrastructure funds, and REITs.
